Worldwide first SM-DC 102-1-2A starts production
The worldwide first SM-DC 102-1-2A based at a Speedmaster SM 102-ZP with one Standard-Magnet cylinder in unit 1 and a Vacuum-Magnet cylinder in unit 2 runs with 10.000 sheets/h since July 2010 in double-shift production.
Rotary Sheet Die-Cutting Machines
The alternative rotary Sheet Die-cutter with high precise magnet-cylinder for high-grade Flexible dies up to 1 mm cutting rule height ( up to appr. 350gr/m²) Conversion based at used Heidelberg Offset printing machines SM 74 or all S-Offset Models (SOR ... With this machines the different requirements (kiss-cutting), window-cuts, through-cutting, perforations and crease line jobs) can be realized.
Available as single unit (photo: "SM 74-1-DC") as pure Die-cutter or in a multicolour offest machine in the last printing unit or in the varnish unit as Inline Die-cutter.
Magnet Cylinder
Magnet,- and die-cutting cylinder high precise grinded with a concentric running tolerance of +- 3/1000 mm. New cylinder bearings guarantee the wished precision and most possible protection of the dies.
The CNC manufactured dies of one of the leading German manufacturer guarantees minimum tolerances, maximum service lives and thus a maximum amount of economic efficiency .....
The highest adhesion of the magnet cylinder takes care of complete forms or single dies, what can be placed variable with different positions without using of tools on any place within the sheet area.
Direct accessibility to the cylinder for easy positioning and possible make ready by calibrated materials in µ-tolerance.
